Today I received a subpoena in the mail regarding my case. I am to appear on the 17th, and I am so eager and excited to see what is going to happen. I hope this girl gets what she deserves and is punished to the full extent of the law. I am somewhat afraid of seeing her in court. What if I see her face and remember how we used to be friends? I don't want to feel sorry for her. I mean, I do feel sorry for her, but at the same time I don't. It's a bunch of mixed emotions. I don't really know how I'm supposed to feel, but all I know is that I can't wait to get my money back. I can't wait until all this torment is gone. I just want my life back.
